Stationcourt - Washing; Shared Spaces & Storage

The apartment is surprisingly versatile for its size. From storage to shared spaces to washing - click on the pictures to get a closer look.

Main Bathroom:
The bathroom has toilet; wash basin and bath with fitted shower.

Working Corners

I have set aside a corner of my living room as a fold-away office space and, in the spare space on the laniding upstairs a very convient space for reading (with a table, lamp & chair) plus a small workstation (out of the way) where I have my printer, scanner & what-nots

In addition to the storage in the kitchen and bedrooms there is a large under-stairs storage of the hallway which fits almost anything & everything

Stationcourt - Bedrooms

There are two large double bedrooms, each with fitted floor-to-ceilling double wardrobes and space to use depending on your needs.

Stationcourt - the Balcony

This is my favourite part of the apartment:

Stationcourt - Cooking and Eating

There is plenty of places to eat... at the breakfast counter; at the diningtable or, on a good day... out on the balcony:

And the kitchen is "fully kitted", from a five fing hob to recently intstalled oven:

Stationcourt - Open plan living

Best described with pictures - the living/relaxing part of the place:

Stationcourt - the home

What we have is a delightful 2-bed duplex apartment. Fully furnished and carpeted/tiled throughout, the place can comfortable fit two-four people. Best of all, with its south-facing aspect all rooms in the apartment and the balcony get morning-to-night sunshine

Living Space:
  • The entrance hallway leads to the stairs, a large under-stairs storage and the main living space
  • Open-plan living is the theme, with a large living space that optimises the dining; cooking; relaxing (& working if necessary) space
  • Double-doors lead you to a very large, private balcony that substantially increased the living space - at the moment there is seating; playing and socialising space.

Sleeping Space:

  • There is a large master suite with built-in wardrobes, ensuite shower room and space for storage/desk/reading as appropriate.
  • A second bedroom again has buil-in wardrobes and (depending upon the position of the bed) room for a desk/reading area (there is currently a comfortable rocking chair with a view out the window towards the west.)

Washing Space:

  • The bathroom is large with normal toilet facilities plus a full bath and shower. When not in use the bath can double as airing/drying for washed clothes.
  • The ensuite again has typical toilet facilities plus a high-pressure shower

Storage Space:

  • Plenty of light-storage in the hallway and a lot of space under the stairs
  • The landing is currently used as a gallery and reading area but could easily handle storage or a desk
  • Kitchen has plenty of "kitchen" storage plus over-press space
  • Fitted floor-to-ceiling wardrobes in both bedrooms and depending on the positioning of the beds, additional room for storage or personal furniture.
